Our Team

The on-site installations, augmented reality experiences, audio narratives, and historical essays were created by a talented team of UC Berkeley students.

Students drew on their academic disciplines of study and personal passions. Powers combined, they challenged themselves to acquire new skills for layered, multi-media storytelling. The students are:

Louana Garraud, undergraduate student in Legal Studies and Julia Park, master’s student in Design.

7. Del Monte
Haley Gray, master’s student in Journalism and Emily Gui, master’s student in Art Practice.

8. Malcom McLean
Amy Deng, undergraduate student in Architecture and Heidi Dong, undergraduate student in Computer Science.

The course was taught in Spring 2021 by Susan Moffat, founder of Love the Bulb and Creative Director of the Future Histories Lab at UC Berkeley. Melody Chang, master’s student in City and Regional Planning served as the Graduate Student Instructor.
